Lotus Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic marketing assistant to join our team! If you are looking to be part of a team that works with a variety of businesses who make an impact on our community this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing client social media profiles – scheduling posts, replying to messages and comments, engagement, etc.

• Graphic design projects including social media posts, brochures, newsletters, etc. 

• Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials

• Data entry and analysis

• Assisting with content creation and managing client content calendars

• Researching trends in consumer behavior, social media, and staying up to date on industry best practices

• Assist in developing strategies for clients

• Organizing and managing project workflow

• Ensuring creative work meets client requirements

• Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics

• Assist in event planning and promotions

• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or minimum of four years of proven related work experience required

• Graphic design experience and proficiency in the Adobe suite preferred

• Strong portfolio of work

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Takes direction and works independently

• Attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Technologically savvy and proficient with the use of smartphones, tablets, laptops and other tools
